About the event
You are invited to our Winter Solstice Winemaker's Dinner with food by Pazzo and wine pairings from Saginaw Vineyard!
We are so excited to debut our 2022 Pinot Noirs at this event. Attendees, you will get first access to our 2022 Estate and Reserve Pinot Noirs with the option to pre-order them at a discounted price. We will also be serving our un-released 2023 Red Barn Rosé, a deliciously-sweet rosé (you might remember from last Summer!) with dessert.

Here is what to expect at this memorable event:
Check in at 5 PM for a pre-dinner glass of wine if you choose and mingling. At 5:30, we will serve your first course (see full menu below). Then, you will get to enter our wine cellar with winemaker, Ben Gilbert, who will give you a taste of one of our 2022 Pinot Noirs--right out of the barrel!
Return to your table with a vertical tasting flight of four wines: 2021 Estate Pinot Noir 2022 Estate Pinot Noir *Unreleased 2021 Reserve Pinot Noir 2022 Reserve Pinot Noir *Unreleased
Each wine is expertly-paired with a small bite to complement their unique flavors.
Next, you will have a rich and sumptuous entrée paired with 2021 Mouton Noir (100% Marechal Foch), then finish the evening with dessert and a glass of our unreleased 2023 sweet rosé, The Red Barn Rosé.
Live music by Ken Luker will be performed throughout the evening.
