Winter Solstice Winemaker's Dinner

On December 21st, join us at Saginaw Vineyard to celebrate the Winter Solstice with a delicious three-course dinner and wine pairing, complete with a guided wine tasting from our winemaker, Ben Gilbert.

During this dinner experience, Ben will walk you through his winemaking process and offer an exclusive preview of our 2021 Pinot Noir. There will be an opportunity to pre-order the Pinot Noir, which will be released in Spring 2022. This is the first and ONLY chance our customers will get to taste the Pinot before it is released!

The dinner will be hosted in our cozy tasting room. Tickets must be purchased and reserved in advance by calling Saginaw Vineyard at 541-942-1364. Our non-member price for dinner is $65, and our member price is $55.
