This workshop will be hosted by Marigold Cooking Collective at Saginaw Vineyard on December 18th beginning at 10 a.m.
Have you ever wanted to learn to butcher a whole animal? In this immersive, hands on butchery class, students will learn to break down a whole lamb and go home with some of the meat. A bountiful lunch will be served after the butchery is complete.
