Come celebrate the release of our 2022 Chardonnay with us at the vineyard! We are welcoming guest restaurant, Pazzo, to prepare an incredible 5-course meal for you, complete with wine pairings. Don't miss the chance to attend this delicious and unique dining experience!

Event is Tuesday August 29th from 6:30-8:30. Doors open at 6 to enjoy a drink or mingle before dinner begins at 6:30 (optional).

Event will be held outdoors on our lawn in our beautiful country setting amidst the vineyard and friendly farm animals. Live music entertainment will take place on the outdoor stage.

* Cancellation Policy *

Tickets are refundable by 8/25/2023. After 8/25, ticket is redeemable for store credit upon reservation cancellation.

Course 1 Beet-cured salmon en croute with Creme Fraiche, fresh dill, candied lemon peel and fried capers Paired with 2022 Chardonnay *New Release*

Course 2 Pancetta cup filled with grilled watermelon, goat cheese, crisped thai chiles, pink peppercorn gastrique Paired with 2022 Rose of Pinot Gris

Course 3 Cocoa and lavender rubbed pork tenderloin, grilled broccoli raab with shaved parmesan and balsamic gastrique, Topped with amaranth micro greens Paired with 2015 Syrah

Course 4 Shishito poppers "elote" style with roasted corn, aioli, paprika, crema, cotija cheese and cilantro Paired with 2022 Reserve Pinot Gris

Course 5 Orange cardamom olive oil cake with fresh house whipped cream and orange twist Paired with 2016 Rose of Tempranillo
