2006 Pinot Gris
Our 2006 Pinot Gris has a unique bouquet of citrus fruit leading to flavors of pineapple and melon with a rich, full feel on the palette. Made from estate grown grapes, this wine pairs wonderfully with Asian cuisine and flavorful seafood dishes.

This is a dry, dark, full-bodied wine comparable to the heartiest Cabernet Sauvignon wines.
For the red wine lover it pairs well with Gorgonzola or Bleu Cheese; and, makes an amazing combination with strawberries dipped in dark chocolate.

Here the warm days and crisp, cool nights join to create a well-balanced Chardonnay with wonderful aromas and soft, fresh flavors of green apples and pears.
This wine is an excellent dinner wine, pairing well with flavorful seafood, light meats and fresh fruit.
